i am new to this deodorant business, now i generally shower in the evening, do i apply deodorant (the stick kind) in the morning?

Apply in the morning, but before you do, just give your arm pits a quick wash. It means you won%26#039;t be masking night time odours and should help you stay fresher longer.

Deodorant odor?
Does anyone else have a problem when you wear a certain deodorant, you get a really really bad B.O. smell? My clothes smell horrible and I%26#039;m changing and I have a backup one that this doesn%26#039;t happen with. I know it%26#039;s not me, I just got out of the shower. It seems like anytime I use Ban deodorants, I get a horrible scent on my clothing and on my upper body. Anyone else have this problem? BE NICE.

I would just throw it out and remember not to buy there products ;)

Reply:Yes, I have the same type of problem... I like to use deodorant body washes.... If I don%26#039;t I will have BO moments after gettting out of the shower.. It%26#039;s really bizarre ! Just keep your underarms dry and use a good deodorant.. I like lady mitchum...

i have a question whenever i take a shower i have a problem removing all my deodorant residue. i literally have to scrub until my skin is very raw and sometimes it still doesn%26#039;t all come out. i only use solid deodorants. gel and roll ons don%26#039;t work for me because my sweat washes them away. as a result of this i spend a long time in the shower. i didn%26#039;t have this problem before i usually took a shower for about 30 minutes now it%26#039;s about an hour or more. what can i do so i don%26#039;t stop hurting my armpits .

I think that you may be using the deodorant that clunks up your underarm hair or something because I%26#039;ve noticed that usually that kind of deodorant is very hard to wash away under the arms.
Try using Deodorant that goes on Clear.
I use Right Guard Extreme Deodorant and it works just fine without such issues.

Which one helps decrease sweating, as i always seem to sweat, even when i%26#039;m cold.
Are there any effective ones that are easy to find in stores and cheap to purchase?

okk. so I sweat. a lot. in the dead of winter my shirts get soaked. what type of deodorant should I buy? im thinking of trying mitchum or degree. plz dont tell me about certain dry...no place near me sells it and I no ppl who say it doesnt work.

She bought EVERY type of deoderant, and even used her
dads to see iff a %26#039;mans%26#039; was stronger. Nothing worked.
She went to see her doctor, was a little embarresed, but he
prescribed her a strong anitperspirant. It worked wonders!
The only bad thing was it was inscented... but she would put
it on, let it dry, then just put regular good smelling girly
deoderant.
See your doc. It would be a 5 min.appt!
You will have dryer days!
